In four hours we will go through reflex integration exercises and progress through our most fundamental locomotor patterns. So far this type of training has yielded some interesting results in improving coordination, posture, body awareness, gait and focus.
Wear clothes that have more range of motion then you do. Socks (for sliding) are recommended.
